  1. Enable us to add attachments from the additional Information>Attachment section

    I think it would be faster if there was an area in the Additional information>attachment section instead of having to remember that to attach a document you need to go under the small action button.

  2. Allow Attachments on Inventory Items

    Hey guys, I have many items that require datasheets or other files with them. I need to include these on every estimate I send a customer (B2B) with those items attached.

    I'd like 2 things

    1. Ability to store these files (usually PDFs) on the inventory item itself. This would let me easily store and the documentation.
    2. Ability, predicated on the above, to easily add this documentation when I'm sending an Estimate with this item on it. For instance, being able to go up to Email Estimate and having the files available with check boxes to include if I'd like.

  3. Ticket Technician - do not automatically assign and require assignment

    Hi, will you please consider the follow options under Ticket Preferences:

    1. Do not automatically assign technician to user who created ticket (usually our front desk staff)

    2. Require a technician to be assigned (we like this feature and if 1 is checked, we will need 2 to ensure it still happens)

  4. notes section on RS app

    The new RS app is super cool, but it doesn't give you access to the 'notes' section for individual customers. This is where we keep important information that would be nice to have quick access to.

  5. Streamline adding Canned responses

    Currently you can click on Canned response and insert a response that is already set up into a ticket. In order to add a new Canned response you have to click on the “modify” link. This takes you out of the ticket you were working on and directs you to the Canned responses in the Admin section.
    What I’m suggesting is that the “modify” link should be a button next to the canned response button. The modify link should not take you to the admin section, it should just create a pop out that allows you to add a single…

  7. Add the payout information to customer purchase payment area

    As title says - add how the customer was paid out w/the memo field to payout area of customer purchases. Sometimes if you have to undo it for any reason and need to re apply the payment you have to do a little back tracking in other areas to figure out what to put in the memo to reconcile... I can show ya if you wants. :D

  8. Enter the capability of hovering over the balance in the Invoice list to see what the actual balance is.

    We have many clients that pay deposits or make payments to us in advance of the Invoice being paid in full. Suggestion is in the Invoice List allow the remaining balance to be seen in some way. Possibly if you hover with the mouse, or even add another column showing amount already paid or the remaining outstanding balance.

  9. Create some way to filter/sort Estimates by Day/Week/Month etc.

    Kinda what it says on the tin really.

    It'd be really nice for us to be able to see what estimates were created when, rather than having to scroll through the entirety of our list.

    Some way to export that data to CSV would probably be of use too.

  11. Add delivery note and invoice numbers to inventory/purchase orders

    We Would like to be able to collect and store with each purchase order the vendors order/conformation number upon submission of the purchase order, also when receiving a part into stock we would like to be able to add the dispatch note and or invoice number provided by the vendor/supplier. These numbers would need to be locked to the part.

  12. Allow sorting of Marketr campaigns

    As I continue to send out monthly (or now bi-monthly) newsletters, my list of campaigns is getting unwieldy. According to support, these are simply randomly sorted. At the very least, having them sorted by date in reverse order would really make sense. I have two newsletters that I have started for this month, but to find them I have to scroll halfway down the page. It would be much more convenient if they were at the top.

    Ideally, this could be made sortable by any of the headers - but please at least default to sorting by date.

    Womply is a multi-faceted back-end integration for helping business owners track numbers intelligently (not like Domo! Sheesh, what a clunky system!), boost their reputations, filter negative reviews, monitor their business, and best of all, it's beautiful and easy to use. If you're using Vantiv for merchant services, chances are you've already had their phone call to do a walkthrough of their software - I highly recommend you take it and see what it has to offer.   14. Ticket Automations - use canned text

    This is such a great feature. So many things that can be done to make things work better with automation.

    Something that would be handy, would be if when making a ticket automation to add a public comment, you could choose already existing canned text there.

  16. Create search/organisation options within bundles section

    I don think the recent solution goes far enough to fully fix the issue of finding, organising and editing bundles. The ability to search and categorise within the bundles section would make it a lot more user friendly.

  17. Make the signature smaller, or resizable.

    It would be nice if we were able to make the signature smaller, as of now it takes up almost half of the page, and it also gets cut-off between two pages when printed.

    We're adapting the current program for our uses, but we would love the ability to add and control our contractors within RepairShopr. Namely, the capability to add a specific sub contact to a ticket.

  20. Trade Account/Customer

    Hello, We carry out repairs for other companies, we would like to add a trade customer, but then add our mutual customer to the ticket so that we can call out to that customers address etc. then email the trade customer with the estimate but also update the customer also. At the end of the repair we would like to invoice the retailer not the customer. I guess you could call it a 3rd party repair. We would also like to add extra collection and delivery address to a customer ticket.
