Merge features of appointments and field jobs
I don't know if it's on purpose but having field jobs and appointments two separate things seems strange. I can make appointments from tickets but not field jobs, I can put tech's names in field jobs emails but not in appointment emails (even though in the dialogue to create appointments it has a list of attendees). Appointments have end times in emails but not field jobs.
P.S. on a side note it would be nice to have a tag in notification emails for just the "hours" portion of the start and/or end time as I give customers arrival windows and not specific times

We are also absolutely dying for this merge. Appointments appear to be far superior to Field Jobs, with the exception of tags. Right now, we're trying to not book field jobs and add appointments after a ticket is created. It's very annoying having two things do similar things, because techs end up getting confused, and it's hard to have a real "policy" when things can be done two ways.
I was going to request a tag for {{appointment_end_time}}, but then realized it already exists in appointments (but I wasn't seeing it in the Field Jobs template editor). Also, the {{appointment location}} is far superior to {{customer_address}}, but it would be nice to have both. Ideally, we could just copy all the tags from Field Jobs to Appointments, replace the Field Job button in ticket creation, and delete the Field Jobs module all together.
Also, there is an existing request to have Appointments show under Customers profile page so we can see those next to any open Tickets, Invoices and Estimates, etc.
Please give us an ETA on this, as it is really messy and needs fixed ASAP.
