I would think something like quickbooks would be better for this. Repairshopr seems more geared towards customer management not payroll management. I think the most it can do is track how much each tech has billed customers.

Perhaps instead, an ability to create 'projects' would be better. Then you could tie multiple tickets to a single larger project.
