Keyboard select problem type
when creating a new ticket and clicking the dropdown to select the problem type, I should be able to use my keyboard to jump straight to an item. For instance, clicking the 's' key while the select list is shown should take me to 'Software' on the list. Instead, the select list closes and I start typing in the customer search box at the top of the screen.
I’m pretty sure I removed the keyboard shortcut plugin about a week ago – is this still happening?

i just checked and yes. you have. thanks. i have been avoiding using them cos it didn't work. thanks.

i agree. the others in the list work. eg h for hardware,. but if you try for software, then it jumps to the search box. a drag for us Touch typists
