Agreed, More fully functional Statements would be nice. Right now I can't even find them. At Time clients request a statement, for example, can you send us a statement of what all our 2017 invoices or some date range. As part of this functionality, it would be nice to see the ability to configure the date range and what is included in the statement. Things to have the option to include could be Ticket numbers completed, tickets opened, ticket currently open, invoices etc. Then have the ability to choose to list the ticket #'s only or Ticket number and subject line with links back to their client portal.

The larger picture is to be able to set an option for each customer, default being off, to send a monthly statement via email in whatever format.

Like it most businesses it is about keeping the clients happy. The Accounting people that ask for these things being happy helps us keep our agreements with these companies.

The New UI is looking good, some of the same stuff just so much easier to see.

this is not completed, to send out a statement, i have to go into each customer and click on statement, i should bae able to bulk send to all my customers every week or month, or actually have it automated to do it when i want.

I don't seem to understand this functionality. I had a customer give us a $1,000 check as a retainer for me to bill against. The system clearly shows their balance or $850.00 after billing some the client for some labor.

How to I print a statement so that it clearly shows the customer they have a credit balance with us.

This shows as completed, but all I see is a report, not a printable statement. We need to be able to batch print all recurring invoices so we can mail them out. EMail invoices is good, but most of our customers overlook the email invoices.

Please, do this I will upgrade upon notification.

Yes, need this to easily, automatically generate statements for all customers with unpaid invoices without having to go into each customer.
