    Anyone else need this? I'm not able to use the integration due to this issue. One other option would be to have the ability to have two Product Categories, then we could have an "Online" category that we could add to all the items we want to sell online. And only Sync that category.

    This is a pain. Every time we open the ticket list, normally with customers standing in line, we have to hit the sort by date twice to get the latest tickets at the top. It would make a lot of sense if it defaulted to sorting the tickets so that the new tickets are at the top.

    This would really be great. Having to find or resort to find a ticket we entered 10 minuutes ago is a huge PITA.
