add all communications to the Communication Log.
I spoke with Pamela in tech support today. She was lovely. She told me that the Communication Log doesn't have the correspondence that is emailed to the customer when a ticket is updated. I needed that confirmation on a problem I was dealing with recently, but I didn't have it. Luckily, she was able to confirm that one of the later updates that had been sent had been delivered.
tldr; I want ALL emails/SMS sent from Repairshopr in the Communication Log. Not just some of them.

We have started uploading PDFs to the customer profile, then using the "Email" button to send these along. This email will show up at the bottom of their profile, but not under "Communication Log." It would be nice to see ALL communications of this type here.
I don't know if I would like to see every communication from every ticket, but I could also see having every communication in one place being helpful. Thanks!

The new email button on the Customer detail screen is a really good idea and now means we don't have to go into a ticket to email a customer from within Repairshopr.
I notice that there is no reference to emails sent using the email button recorded in the Communication Log and that the emails are actually displayed in full at the bottom of the Customer Detail screen
Is there a plan to incorporate the emails sent into the Communication Log? All that is needed is a date and subject line recorded in the Log which would then retain a sequential list of communications (email and SMS) wit each customer.
Is it also the plan to just continue the emails sent at the bottom of the screen, given how many emails we are likely to send over a period of time that may get a little unwieldy. We would like to see the log link through to another screen with all of the communications in more detail, and keep the detail off the main screen as it is now with other elements on the main screen
