  1. Stock Take Net Gain/Loss

    We need the stock take report to show not only the "loss" but also the "gain" of item QTY and $. This can either be a number indicating the gain (as only the "loss") is indicated, or it could be a net of the gain and loss in a stock take.

  2. Bring back comment searching for tickets

    Previously one could search through tickets by typing something that was in comments. For example, if comment in any tickets included code ACBDF-GJHIK, and one searched for ACBDF, it would show in the search results.

  3. Add "Ticket Worksheets" to PDF/Print drop downs on Tickets

    We recently stopped having ticket worksheets at the bottom of tickets, in an effort to save paper. We only need to print out ticket worksheets once in a while (for customers to review or walk through). However, without the tag added to ticket templates, there's no easy way to print the worksheets.

    A simple and efficient way to accomplish this would be to add a print out of the ticket worksheets as a single document; which could be Cloud Printed or PDF Rendered from the same drop downs that already appear in the tickets section.

  4. Add Integration with Password Management (lastpass?)

    It would be nice to have a safer way to store, organize, and possibly share passwords that we manage for our customers. I did notice a ruby gem for last pass.

  5. Remove "Pay by Credit Card" when e-mailing invoices to certain clients

    We love the "Pay by Credit Card" link in our invoice e-mails. Well, we love it for our residential clients who tend to have smaller invoice totals. We like our business clients to use good old fashioned checks. Most do, but some have started to use a card and in some cases the fees are quite expensive.

    An option to disallow "Pay by Credit Card" in the customer profile would be great. I assume it would work like the "opt-out e-mail marketing" check box.

  6. Keyboard Shortcuts

    Having a return key combination that enters information into the ticket window communications.

    Ex: "[shift]+[enter]"

    "Machine is ready for pickup. [shift + enter]" <--- Publishes Note

    Ultimately I would like to see more integration of keyboard shortcuts instead of mouse clicks.

  7. Asset Manager

    Could you please look at adding, or changing the Asset Name field, to auto generate an Asset number?
    Also can we modify what/how the asset label is printed out?
    We are wanting a way of uniquely identifying every asset without having to have a manual system of doing so (ie giving every device a name). The reason this has come about is that we have businesses with multiply assets and when searching assets to add to a ticket you can only search by name and this can be problematic if the names are not unique.   8. 24 hour clock support

    Would be very nice with 24 hour clock support. Europe do not use PM and AM. Hard for both customers and staff to book field visits in repairshopr now.

  9. VAT Margin Scheme

    There needs to be an option to satisfy the VAT Margin Scheme in the UK. The scheme allows businesses to calculate VAT on the profit only of second hand goods. The only fix at the moment is to extract the incorrect data from RS and manually amend the details. It means that you can't get real time profits in RS. Would make life so much easier if this option existed.

  10. Wordpress - Sync Users (Customers) Integration

    Is there a way to sync the users in RepairShopr with WordPress users (say as a customer role)? That way our customers can log into our Woocommerce based WordPress store using their credentials from RepairShopr and interact between both easily. This could also be extended so that the website integration form could pull down the user details if they have logged into the wordpress site already making the creation of tickets faster.

  11. Time clock in the apps

    Add time clock to the phone app. Sometimes the one on the website doesn't clock Out to Lunch and we are not always in the office or can't use a computer to do so when onsite at someone else's business.

  13. Update Subject in New Ticket Comment

    When doing a new ticket comment it would be great to be able to add to the subject. I like to add notes after talking to the customer about who the repairs or going. Ideas of some things I would like to add are (new note, repair update note, etc.) or maybe add 2 or 3 items that we could customize to are needs.

  14. Add the ability to add more fields to the 'devices widget'

    Let us put, for example, manufacturers, etc.

    This would let people select that they had a mobile phone, then the manufacturer, then the model, IE,

    Mobile > Blackberry > Blackberry Bold 9000 > Black > Orange > Problems

  15. Hidden Comments to specific employees (notification)

    It would be great if we could change the To field in the hidden comments section. To either send it to one or multiple employees. It would also be beneficial to be able to create specific groups and select them to send to as well.

    Too many times I want to alert a specific person of a ticket that needs attention and to include instructions, but the hidden comments get alerted to everyone in the company which makes them tend to ignore them since it's not for them more often than not. The only other work around I see is…

  16. Variable Products

    Would love to have a feature that allows us to add variable products. Example, A certain Accessory comes in Blue, Pink, Red, Yellow etc. Instead of creating 4 different products to accommodate each SKU, have the option to add colors to the item, and only create 1 inventory item with multiple sku's.

  18. Develop the wiki more

    We would like to see some development on the Wiki. It is just screaming to be used for general client specific documentation. If we could have an editable template(s) to apply to all clients, and fill in the information, I would be in love. Easy image uploads for pictures of equipment as well. We also need this information to be secure with at rest encryption.

  19. Ticket Comments: options to pin, highlight, RTF needed

    We need a way to make certain ticket comments more visible than others.

    Perhaps the ability to pin a ticket to the top (thus breaking the most-recent-first default sorting method), or change ticket comment background color, or star or flag tickets...

    Rich Text Formatting in ticket comments would also be helpful–options to bold, underline, highlight, and bullets would allow for information and individual words to stand out.

  20. Allow square payments to be processed on the second screen app for iOS

    When checking a customer out via the web app have the second screen app open square and allow the customer to swipe in the same way as Repairshopr lite. This would finally give square users a terminal like experience we have wanted with a customer facing device. We can throw the ipad in a square stand or other locking stand facing the customer and have a professional looking full solution for display+signatures+card
