Ticket and invoice hyperlink at top of account page
It would be great if at the top of the customer account page where it displays open tickets and invoices if you could click on them to display them.

Allow KEYWORD SEARCH and show LOCATION in Estimates the same as Invoices
Need to be able to search for keywords or line item names in Estimates the same way as Invoices. Right now Estimates list the item DESCRIPTION instead of the item SHORTNAME. Also, it would be nice to have a "Location" column. And for whatever reason, Estimates have a "User" column whereas Invoices do not. Really, both of these modules should function similar to one another...

Add "TICKET(s) GETTING STALE" Report to Scheduled Reports
The one report I have to forward to my staff on a daily basis is the "TICKET(s) GETTING STALE" report. Can you add this to the Schedule Reports? Thank you.

Fix Window On Timer Screen on Mobile Phone
Any way to fix this box to allow us to use it better on a phone? It drives my techs crazy...
When you click to type and start typing on your phone the box goes off the screen for the notes and your just guessing if your typing correctly
Also, you can't get to the options at the right of the window either.

Add option to attach ticket when emailing invoice under invoice detail
When you are emailing the invoice under the invoice detail page, you have the drop down to add more things into the email, but no way to add them. A nice place to put this would be righ there. Add a option to email whatever else is linked under this invoice such as the ticket and all it's details, estimate, etc. That way it can all be sent in one email vs two.

Dashboard / Screensaver for RS
How about making the main screen time out and revert to a live dashboard that refreshes say every minute. Then when a tech/user goes to login to RS it allows that screen to be bypassed and returns to normal. Then times out after a period of time.

Disable payment methods
We need the ability to disable to remove payment methods for individual clients. We don't want to take a check from a client who has bounced one in the past (And they eventually paid up.), but we would still take cash or credit. We don't want to disable this for everyone though.

Be able to tie in assets after ticket creation.
After ticket information is entered for a customer, there is no way to tie in an asset into it.

Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF/Receipt.
Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF. We have clients that are required to submit a refunded/returned invoice for accounting purposes. However when sending them their invoice, it shows the amount paid, not if it has been refunded or returned.
Also would like to be able to show partial refunds, or if part of the invoice has been refunded.

A cancellation Feature for recurring customers
This feature can cancel the order and notify customers cancellation has been processed. Be able to apply cancellation to take affect manually or schedule it.

UPGRADE Recurring Tickets to Allow Creation WITHOUT an Existing Ticket
Ticket Schedules are next to useless right now. We REALLY want to use the feature, but there are a ton of missing parts needed to make them something we can use, including:
- A security group to allow users access to the module!?
- The ability to create a new ticket schedule without an existing template.
- After creating a schedule from a Ticket, return us to the Ticket Schedule page to finish setup!
- Allow us to change/edit the initial comment for the Schedule.
- Option to set who "created" the Schedule, vs who will be the "assigned" tech.
- Let us mark Ticket as…

Quick entry of Internal Comments
On the Tickets tab when you have all tickets showing, a simple pop up box just for internal comments. Saves going into the ticket and scrolling down. Then back out of ticket to update others. So for technicians who are on the go consistently, this will speed things up no end!

Add "Last Quarter" to the SALES TAX REPORT
In the US, we pay quarterly sales tax in the month following the end of the quarter. So, it would be great to have the option of selecting "Last Quarter" on the SALES TAX REPORT so that I do not have to enter in a custom range each time.

Add attachments to Payments
Hey folks, in Xero I always used to scan copies of checks I've received (80% of my payments are checks) so that I could use them later for accounting verification and reconciliation. Could was please have a spot for adding attachments to Payments so I can scan my checks in?

Ticket Automations - use canned text
This is such a great feature. So many things that can be done to make things work better with automation.
Something that would be handy, would be if when making a ticket automation to add a public comment, you could choose already existing canned text there.

Report to TRACK phone calls for callers who are NOT already logged as CUSTOMERS
@Troy: I know this seems redundant, but it would be super helpful to have a quick and easy report to reference for all of the CID lookups RS does which DON'T return a result. Would be great to see a log with a search and filters like date/time. Sometimes we write a number down wrong for a customer, and this log would greatly assist in finding incoming calls that were written/typed incorrect.
I know the HTTP query returns [nothing] when there's not a match with the CID lookup, but could you please just dump those "no results" numbers into a…

PayPal Resolve Ticket after Paid Invoice
When a customer pays an invoice attached to a ticket it would be nice if it resolved that ticket like invoices paid through Vantiv does. That way we do not have to go in an manually resolve a ticket paid by PayPal.

Add more FILTERS to RECURRING SCHEDULES List
We would like to be able to sort/search/filter by the following:
- Location
- Employee who created
- Has CC on file = true
- Set to email PDF = true
ALSO, we really need to be able to track the commission of INDIVIDUAL LINE ITEMS, and not just the entire schedule. We often have techs who "create" the initial schedule and line items, but then another tech sells an upgrade/add-on and they cannot be tracked for SPIFFs, since only one tech can be assigned.
Lastly, a search box would be nice too...

Multiple Invoice Payment Receipt
I would suggest that when multiple invoices are paid, the RECEIPT SHOW ONLY the invoice number; amount paid for each invoice and a grand total of payment received.
Currently the receipt shows several lines of each invoice paid. I not sure why these details were selected - I think a summary of the payment information would be more than acceptable.0 votes
