  1. Air Print

    since you are rolling out IOS and Android apps, Air print seems like a good logical step. Being able to print ticket labels from the field and in the shop from our mobile RS devices would be a help.

  2. Make customer automation

    It would be nice to trigger events on specific customer tasks. i.e. When a customer signs up for our monthly service subscription. Trigger welcome email, change their customer type, etc...

  4. Allow KEYWORD SEARCH and show LOCATION in Estimates the same as Invoices

    Need to be able to search for keywords or line item names in Estimates the same way as Invoices. Right now Estimates list the item DESCRIPTION instead of the item SHORTNAME. Also, it would be nice to have a "Location" column. And for whatever reason, Estimates have a "User" column whereas Invoices do not. Really, both of these modules should function similar to one another...

  5. Add mobile number in widgets

    On the customer detail page in a widget, could you add either an extra box to add a mobile? You could state, if you would like to be contacted by SMS add your mobile here.

    Or change the phone number in the contact page to be a mobile number able to accept SMS or, be dynamic and know when a mobile is entered and assign it as a mobile on the customers profile page.

  6. Create recurring invoices ONLY if there is an amount due.

    It would be great to have a setting to only create a recurring invoice if there is unpaid line items/amount due.

  7. Give the ability to print returns.

    The person who handles returns for me isn't a technician. I envision a workflow where the technician creates the Return with all relevant details. Then prints a tag (this is the feature that is currently missing), then puts the item in the RMA cue all labeled and ready for my RMA person to take care of and move it along through the RMA process.

    It would be very handy to be able to right click and open search results in a new tab from the Search All The Things bar, as right now this cannot currently be done.

  9. Add "TICKET(s) GETTING STALE" Report to Scheduled Reports

    The one report I have to forward to my staff on a daily basis is the "TICKET(s) GETTING STALE" report. Can you add this to the Schedule Reports? Thank you.

  10. Payment method assigned Quickbooks account

    It would make things a lot easier if you could assign the Quickbooks account to each payment method. Quckbooks online does not have this feature yet.

  12. Location name in ticket list as a field

    Would be very helpful for multiple locations if there was a "Location" heading in the ticket view list. We have 5 locations and adding 2 more soon...would be extremely helpful from a quick dashboard view of tickets to see the location that it corresponds to.

  13. Remove (empty) for records that have no contact name

    having (empty) in customer records and calendar entries for appointments is a cosmetic faux pa. Can't we just have nothing there instead? so if a corporation is a big company and there is no specific name for a person we don't have things like Microsoft | (empty)

  14. Fix Window On Timer Screen on Mobile Phone

    Any way to fix this box to allow us to use it better on a phone? It drives my techs crazy...

    When you click to type and start typing on your phone the box goes off the screen for the notes and your just guessing if your typing correctly

    Also, you can't get to the options at the right of the window either.

  15. Easier data review

    reviewing data/reports is cumbersome, would be nice to streamline the process or have the data more easily available.

    ie: Month to Date Stats -> being able to click on job type or referral -> Seeing data for review ie: which customers...

  16. Setup to allow discounts to be added by product group to a customer group. Eg laptops cost+5% to all customers set as reseller.

    We need options to add doscounts by group and product range. Both rrp less % and cost plus.
    This is a must.

  17. Right Click Custom Search

    We often have to look for parts from different suppliers. I wanted a way to keep from having to type things a lot and also a way that, once we found the part number once, we could easily search multiple distribution points. We use Google Chrome so I downloaded the "Context Menu Search" Add-on to Google Chrome from here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/context-menu-search/ocpcmghnefmdhljkoiapafejjohldoga?hl=en.   18. Add option to attach ticket when emailing invoice under invoice detail

    When you are emailing the invoice under the invoice detail page, you have the drop down to add more things into the email, but no way to add them. A nice place to put this would be righ there. Add a option to email whatever else is linked under this invoice such as the ticket and all it's details, estimate, etc. That way it can all be sent in one email vs two.

  19. Dashboard / Screensaver for RS

    How about making the main screen time out and revert to a live dashboard that refreshes say every minute. Then when a tech/user goes to login to RS it allows that screen to be bypassed and returns to normal. Then times out after a period of time.

  20. Disable payment methods

    We need the ability to disable to remove payment methods for individual clients. We don't want to take a check from a client who has bounced one in the past (And they eventually paid up.), but we would still take cash or credit. We don't want to disable this for everyone though.
