  1. move 'modules' drop-downs into top tabs

    'Search all' and 'add anything' in top-nav are compact and useful; would be great if tabs were more dynamic too, especially somewhere like Inventory where I often want to go straight to a sub-module.

  2. Update the video on importing customer data/info to match the current website.

    The current video on importing customer databases/info does not quite match the current website. While it is a decent video it would be nice for a more streamlined and up-to-date video to be posted.
    (Just imported customer data files, which is why I am thinking of it)

  3. Customer List Zip Code Range

    Would be useful to be able to specific a range of zip codes for a customer list. This could then be used to run a marketr campaign targeting a geographic area.

  4. Ticket invoicing multiple times ?

    Is there a way to stop the ability of being able to invoice a single ticket more then once. Sometimes if hit by accident we will have multiple invoice for one ticket. If there is a benefit to that I understand and please share.

  5. Balance Open / Total Invoiced

    We use a second monitor for the customer to see the POS screen. When to pull up their invoice though on their account it shows open balance and Total invoiced. Some of the customers send employees to pick up the machines that they do not want to see how much they have spent with us. I suggest that there should be a security setting that you can select to disable that on the customer's page for a particular user.

  7. Create ticket for several contacts in a company

    Say a company has several machines that need to have some software installed. The contacts within a company have different schedules, so coordination needs to be handled separately for each. From the ticket creation screen, it would be good to be able to tick off the contacts that need the software, then a separate identical ticket would be created for each.

  8. POS Screen Status: Open (close) link is too small sometimes we click Adjustments by mistake

    The links at the bottom right of the screen need to be bigger. The Status: (Open) link is too small. It needs to be bigger so you don't accidentally click on the Adjustments link below it. Many times we have to make the screen bigger to make sure we don't click on the incorrect link.

  9. Add ticket number to Marketr follow up email

    It would be great if when a follow up email is sent after a ticket is closed, the number of the ticket that was closed could be referenced somewhere in the email. The only thing I can think to do for now is send a follow up through the ticket itself with a link to a survey.

  10. IOS Ticket Improvement

    I like to be able to convert the Ticker timer entry into the invoice.

    I can see how long I have been on site with the customer. It would be good to tap on a button to work about the amount to charge the customer and add it to the invoice.

  11. Time zones for multiple locations (Big Chain)

    Our company has locations in two different time zones. Since there is only one time zone configurable in RepairShoppr, the ticket times and such display and print incorrectly for those stores outside of our "home" time zone.

    Please consider adding time zone configuration for each individual location, similar to the individual tax rate configuations.

  12. Make the inventory correctly import items with quotes in the description.

    Currently when you import inventory with speech marks, double quotes, call them what you will. - these " " " " "
    They are not interpreted correctly in the Description field. they do seem to work in the name field though.

    it would be great if you could print serialized labels from cash purchase just like purchase orders so that when you ring up a device purchased from a customer it would automatically pull the right serial number

  14. Next Warranty certificate num

    The Next Warranty Certificate Number doesn't make sense. If the limit is set to 100000 and you have multiple Warranty Templates and set the next certificate number eventually these numbers will collide. For example, if you have a 30 Day Warranty and set it to 1 and a 1 Year and set it to 50000 eventually the 30 Day Warranty Certificate Num is going to reach 50000. Then what? You should be able to prefix each Certificate with a letter maybe.

  16. Add the ability to email an unpaid invoice in the IOS app.

    The IOS app can only email the invoice to a customer if you have already taken payment. This seems like an odd limitation. We should be able to email an invoice when it is unpaid as well - if the customer never gets the invoice, how can they pay it?

  17. Add the customer name to the Google appointment for tickets created in the IOS app

    When you create an ticket and schedule an appointment in the app, the Google calendar appointment that is created does not contain the customer name like it does when you add an appointment to a ticket in the web interface. The web interface does it right, the App does it wrong.

  18. Change / fix how the appointment is assigned when scheduling in the app

    When you create / assign an appointment to a ticket in the IOS app, the resulting Google appointment that is created is assigned automatically to the user that was logged in to the IOS app, NOT to the person you assign to the task. When you do this in the web interface, the Google appointment is assigned to the tech that you choose. In other words, this works correctly in the web interface and incorrectly in the IOS app.

  19. Allow us to batch "Quick Pay" invoices.

    I don't know about you guys, but there are days I come into the office and I have a dozen checks in the mail. I'd love to just check each invoice (verifying the price is the same within the list) and do a quick pay on all of them.

  20. Modifiers to labor pricing

    I'd love to just have a single "Labor" line item that I can use modifiers (Contracts?) in a more advanced way.

    Define business hours. M-F 8a-5p.
    Labor = $100 during business hours.
    Maybe I want to charge 2x labor after hours.
    Maybe I want to give a client a 10% discount on all labor for being in a support agreement.
    Maybe I want to offer a flat fee to certain clients, regardless of how much (or little) time is spent.

    The options could be endless. I'm thinking it would be great to add a second drop-down to the time entry…
