  1. Full Walkthrough of new version to show full potiential of Repairshopr

    I don't think I am using Repaorshopr to its full potiential and with all the different videos I am getting really confused. Can you do a full walkthrough of the NEW version so I can see what it does or can do from start to finish and I can then see what else i can add.

  2. Create an eBay integration solution to sync purchase history directly to Repair Shopr Purchase Orders.

    It would be nice if there is an integration between Repair Shopr and eBay that can create Purchase Orders from the Purchase History in eBay. Or something like what Quickbooks online does when connected to a bank account. QB imports the bank transactions and puts it under the banking tab for us to decide where it needs to go.

  3. Opt Out email box checked by default

    When creating a customer we always ask if they would like to receive our email communications. If they opt in, we are synced with Mailchimp so they will be added to our list. Because we are sensitive to our customer's privacy and preferences, we'd like to have the opt out box checked by default so we have to UNcheck it if they want to opt in.

    This is not a big deal, but since there are preferences for other things to be checked by default, it would be nice so we don't inadvertently add people to our list who did…

  4. Ticket charges to Make Invoice , Instead MAKE INVOICE It should UPDATE the existing INVOICE If an invoice ALREADY exists

    When we add ticket charges to the invoice, and parts, etc. Once a technician creates an invoice, the CREATE invoice button shouldn't allow them to make a duplicate invoice for the same charges. There should be an option to UPDATE Invoice

  5. Next button at the top of ticket list

    I'd love if the previous, next, and pages buttons were on both the top and bottom of the ticket list.

    Right now we have to scroll to the bottom to get to the next page.

  6. print receipts for POS drawer adjustments

  8. Ticket notes in the New UI

    Hey guys, my one big gripe with using the new ui so far is mainly the date being missing from ticket notes now, which means that I have to switch back to the old ui just to see what date a comment was made, most of the time it's not a problem but if today is friday and i made a comment 7 days ago on a ticket, the system will still say FRI without any date.

    This caused a fair bit of confusion for us, so it would be AMAZING if you guys could add back the date.

  9. SMS on Leads

    The email tab should be for communications and include both email and sms. That way if a customer sends in a text that does not require a ticket, you can simply reply via text and close the lead.

  11. Really need a multi-currency option.

    This is a much needed feature as I including others I am sure have clients all over the world, some pay in Euros, some American dollars, some in New Zealand dollar etc etc. It would be really a great option to have as I can't bill my customers for example in Serbian dinars if they're in any of the other countries mentioned above. Surely there's a bigger demand for this feature that currently presented.

  12. Worksheet Text Boxes

    When adding information to one of the text box fields in the ticket worksheets after adding information when you go back to edit it or add to a field the text box remains small, and the cursor will be where you clicked the box. It would be much better if the text box expanded and the cursor moved to the end of the box. This way you don't have to scroll all the way to the end and it is much easier to read.

  13. Mobile App Feature Request- Show IMEI/Serial Number info

    I sell mobile phones. Normally I use the web application to choose which IMEI I'm giving the customer. I've noticed with the iOS/Android app an issue:

    1. You can't choose an IMEI/Serial number when creating an invoice while using the app.
    2. Even if I created an invoice in the past, when I come I try to pull it up in the app, it doesn't show the IMEI/Serial number that normally appear in the web app.

  14. Status for mailed invoices

    Just like how emailed invoices show their status, having the ability to mark invoices as having been paper mailed would be great. We often go through invoices and double check that all have been sent and there's no real way to know for paper invoices except making a note in the ticket and reviewing ticket notes.

    Something just like the radio button for "paid" would be awesome.

  16. Attach worksheet to inventory items

    I would like to be able to assign worksheets directly to inventory items or services. That way if I add a diagnostic fee to a ticket, the proper worksheet will be added as well. This is applicable to several fee's that we use, like windows reinstall, virus removal, etc.

  17. Short cut for posting private note/public note?

    which may seem a small thing but could be very helpful,
    eg. Control+enter for private note

  18. Have Teamviewer Integration add session comments to ticket private note

    It would be useful if the Teamviewer integration collected the session notes and connection time from a TV connection report after the session completes and feeds that information back up into the Repairshopr ticket as a private note. The tech can then simply decide to charge the time in the ticket labor log if they choose to.

  19. Have bundles reflect the same price everywhere

    When updating bundle prices because parts cost changed or something from inventory view you can change the cost and price of a bundle, but when going to the bundle tab under the inventory all bundles there are still showing old prices and costs. For example, on Inventory page I updated cost in bundle for back glass replacement to $10, and price of repair to $55. However, go to Bundle Overview page and it still says $10.25 cost and $35 price.

  20. iOS and Android app printing

    Currently there is not a print function from the app, It would be very handy especially when you go mobile with a ipad or other tablet. i.e. printing invoices
