The Product Sales Report needs a filter added to allow us to select an individual product to report on.
Every accounting system I've used allows me to print the sales/purchase history for an individual product. This is invaluable for resolving stock discrepancies, or just doing sales analysis. Currently the Product Sales Report dumps a list of ALL products, which is far less useful in the above and many other cases.

Default Ship To Address
I would really like for the customers originally entered address to be automatically added as a ship to address on their account profile rather than me having to go and manually add a ship to for each customer.

inventory
Partial Inventory - I have been using RS for automotive services and it has worked perfectly except for one flaw and that is the inability to Track partial inventory. Example Fluids - a car gets an oil change that requires 4.5 Qts. I either have to charge extra at 5 qts or loose and charge for 4qts. I know not all items can be accounted for int his way so, the ability to allow or disallow it for specific items would be awesome!

Time clock for APP (second screen)
We started using an ipad in our reception kind of like a kiosk ipad. Would love the techs to be able to sign in with their pin # as they walk in or out of the office. Is this something that could be incorporated into the ipad app of Repairshopr?

SMS marketing
It would be great if you could have an auto-responder option for jobs that are marked paid and resolved. I'd like to be able to thank them for their business and ask them to leave us a Google review, etc...

Alert if snail mail stamps are getting low
I know that the stamps credits are available in the consumables report, but that report is not scheduled, so I ultimately forget to go look and who-knows how many invoices don't physically go out (super important now that many e-mailed invoices go to junk)! Please either send an automated alert if SMS or Stamp credits are getting low, allow us to set the system to auto-purchase more credits, or at least allow us to schedule the consumables report so I can at least monitor it.

Customer submitted tickets have a default assignee
When a client submits tickets from their customer dashboard, it has a blank value for who the ticket is assigned to, which means no one gets notified. If we create a notification for all new tickets for someone, they get swamped with noise.
It would be really great if tickets submitted through the customer dashboard could actually have a default user they get assigned to!

Give the ability to change due date from main ticket screen
Give the ability to change due date from main ticket screen. It would be nice to be able to change the due date on the main ticket screen ( like we are able on the status) instead of having to open ticket and edit due date and save it.

Estimate to include already entered ticket data
Our customers require a estimate to be sent before an invoice can be sent, but the work is always authorized and peformed before the "estimate" is sent. It would be nice to have the ability to add all the line items already entered on a ticket to the estimate automatically, (checkbox?) additionally, condensing multiple entries like labor to single line would be helpful should the suggestion be implented.

Display Open Tickets on Google Map
Similar to the current customer map in the reports tab, However only display a pin in the cities with open tickets. This would be very helpful for our company as we dispatch our staff to many states. This would give us a better idea of where we have open work and how to dispatch them according.

API integration - Add attachment to customer and invoice
Currently the API integration allows for attachments to tickets, but not on customer or invoice.
It would be great if we could do the same for invoices and customers, and also publish them, so customers can see them on the portal.

Appointment booking description
It is great that you have the ability for customers to be able to book their own appointment time right on the internet. It would be so helpful if you could add a description field. Maybe it could put the first 30-50 characters as the subject and then put the entire message into the public notes.
Anyway the customer could tell us what they are coming in for would be extremely helpful.

Recuring invoice reference
Recuring invoices need an automatic reference applied. For example: For service due in November, add a Reference of November IT Support Services. This way the client can see what month the recurring in voice is for, or what it is for etc...
We often raise an invoice in the month prior for service next month to ensure it is paid on time.4 votes -
SMS and Email Messages Prefix added message with Contact Information
When sending an SMS message it shows which phone number the message will be sent to; however once the sms message has been sent and the phone number it’s being sent too should be inldluded within the comment history as well as the email address when sending an email for comment reasons or when sending an estimate or invoice.

General feeling of submitting ideas to Repairshopr
I would just like to ask fellow users of Repairshopr how they feel about the level of support and feedback given to them in relation to submitting ideas
My experience is that it seems we generally ignored in relation to submitting ideas as 90% of the posts go unanswered from staff which is unfortunate and kind of makes the idea of having this functionality seem questionable when all we are doing is trying to help make a better product and experience.

Include UPC code on pending order report
Would be helpful for the UPC code was included on the pending order report. Would be an easy reference for knowing exactly which item to reorder without having to click to look up the UPC code.
