New tickets from email need to recognize existing tickets by subject
I have configured RepairShopr so that a new ticket is generated whenever an email arrives and it's great.
The problem now is that sometimes the client will send a second email or an exchange occurs outside of the ticket commenting system. I end up with multiple tickets for basically the same event.I'd love for the system to compare subject lines to ticket titles and recognize that a new email is really a customer reply to an existing ticket.
One caveat: If the ticket with same subject has already been resolved, I would want that to create a new ticket.…

Make a way to disable Quick pay / Hide from invoice page for non admin!
I know you can disable quick pay as a payment form but my new employees keep clicking the quick pay on the transaction and after it is marked as paid it is a nightmare to delete, please help address this!

allow manual over-ride of dates and times
It's very often not possible for us to update tickets in real-time. We'd like to be able to manually enter the dates and times the work was actually carried out.

Hide asset details on pdf/print
Is it possible or will it be possible in the future to hide asset details on pdf/print? I don't like the idea of displaying the customer's password on the printed ticket. Right now the only workaround I can see is adding a custom field to the ticket and creating a field for password, which I hide. This however makes it difficult with a customer with multiple assets checked in. Seems like both assets and custom fields should have this feature. Thanks!

Warranty Listing
Would like to be able to sort the warranty listing for reports based on columns. Thank you in advance. Much more useful to have warranties expiring first rather than on last page.

Custom leads acknowledgment template
Currently we can edit the leads acknowledgment email by going to admin>leads preferences. However the only customization that is available is a basic text editing feature. I purpose that you add the ability to edit this template under ADMIN/ PDF/EMAIL template editor along with the rest of the email templates.

POS upgrades
Bigger buttons for touchscreens, better support for Printing and checkout flow would be useful instead of having to keep pressing POS button to return to POS after each sale. There are a number of very good looking and feature rich online POS Apps on the market line 4EPOS for a possible linked App...??

Attach an active Database to your inventory system, stop all of this manual data entry to save real time for all size shops.
In any inventory based retail businesses, they do not do all of this manual data entry. When you make an order for sellable items or parts restocking orders that's when you create your PO for that order. Every thing from this point on should be scan an enter. Almost everything has a UPC code today. So when that PO order comes in all you should have to do is scan the barcode/ UPC and that item is added to your inventory. Now by the time you scan the last item of the order your PO should balance and zero out…

Macro recording feature would be a nice option. (step by step - work flow creation)
I would love to see a Macro recording feature that allows you to customize the steps in a process. This would allow for custom work flows or processes that you use most offten.

View Cost/Profit while in ticket
Is there a way we can view (admins) cost of total ticket items and profit? while within the ticket. example 3 items sold we can see each cost next to individual item as ($5) total cost is $15 but we sold for $10 each so net a $15 profit.
It would also be nice if we (admins) could modify cost of item once it is on ticket instead of removing it and adding it again.

Customized triggering for Marketr campaigns
We don't use the invoicing applet and because of that we can't set up Marketr to automatically trigger follow up emails. When I set it to skip the ticket/invoice checks it emails everyone even when i set the follow up time to 21 days. Can we either make the follow up work when the skip ticket/invoice box is checked or allow me to create different triggers.

I have an idea. Why not make the email & sms check mark boxes or make them where you can click which one you want to be chosen to send. and just one box for the comments>

Ticket Reminders to include reference
When creating a reminder for a customer or ticket, it would be helpful if the reference number is displayed on the reminder screen. For customers that have lots of activity is is difficult to locate which document needs attention

Ticking off multiple invoices as paid under invoice manager
We use repairshopr with xero and would like to be able to simply "tick-off" an invoice as paid within the invoice manager section of RepairShopr.
This would save a lot of time as opposed to clicking on each individual invoice number and clicking the QuickPayment button.
This functionality would be very nice indeed!

More flexibility for custom fields
Have the ability for custom fields to show up on the main page when entering information for a client as opposed to the additional fields. Maybe that will transfer over to the standard kiosk mode for new leads when a client enters your business.

There should be a location selection for big chains that will only show that locations leads.

Purchase order access
For clients with multiple security groups, the purchase order module allows employees to have access to edit all aspects of a PO i.e receiving, removing items, changing the cost, etc. The receiving aspect should be separated so the employees can receive the items on the PO but are unable to edit the purchase order in other ways.

give an option to change the view of Invoice Manager, I want to see payment method there instead of Ref. Number
Give a way to change the view on the invoice manager. I would like to have payment method there instead of REF NUMBER. If you can already do this... I cannot find it!!!!
