    This would be very helpful, we have techs that need to input info to the ticket and the worksheet with only 2 columns is insufficient. Need at minimum of 6 columns to make the output from the worksheet to make any sense to the tech, adjuster and project managers.

    It would also be nice to be able to use a field name more than once (i.e. Status) since we only have 2 columns, we need to use field names more than once.

  5. Within ticket communications, it would be nice to be able to send email and/or attachments to whomever we’d like.
