Our customers are continuing to complain about this. When we have return customers- which is of course the goal, they cannot tell which ticket is which in the system. They need to see the lead that the estimate was created from and then linked to the ticket once they send in or agree to estimate. The suggested work around is to create a ticket from a lead, but that isnt an option for mail in service. We need it to follow the work flow- lead, estimate, ticket. This would make our lives so much easier. Please Troy. Don't you want my life to be easier. You know I have a tough job:)
