An error occurred while saving the comment Tyson commentedYes, we need a checkbox for "bill to business" or the QBO "list name as" to solve this problem. I'm a couple days away from cleaning our new account and importing our customers from QBO and I don't look forward to entering the business names into First and Last names. But that's the only way to make some of the reports have client names and the appointment column on the calendar page not entirely useless.

We do plan to do this eventually, it is pretty far down our list at the moment. Maybe if it gets closer to 50 votes it could happen in a few months.

A couple of our clients are vineyard management companies. We bill them then they bill the right client. On Quickbooks Online I would add their client name to the custom field with the equipment name. Which would be ridiculously long. I hoped with RSR that wouldn't be an issue but it looks like there's no way to select another address or designate an asset with a client name without adding a million custom fields to the invoice that can't be styled properly... It seems like there's no point to many multiple addresses except for technicians going in the field. We do that but there really aren't many places to go for most of our clients.
