    On the inventory page, items set as not maintain stock show no value for the stock quantity. It should show the qty in stock

    You can setup a marketr email and it could be triggered when ticket is resolved. in the email put the link to your review program.

    I just had this issue. For who knows what reason, I found some of our products, the printed label on them is not the same as the label that would be printed if we were to print a new label for the same product today. the bottom numbes is different. When doing a stock take, and scanning labels, they were showing up in the Recent Scans, howeve rthey were not showing in the Total Entries, so they were not actually scanning. I had a page full of scans I had just done, but when i clicked next to go to the next page it showed i only scanned a few items for stock take.
    I had to reprint all labels, then do another stock take.

    It should tell me what items are not found or something at least.

    I have this often. Especially coming from no inventory management to using this system. We find items frequently we want to increase the quantity of for whatever reason. An item magically appears, it's found in someones vehicle, it was under a box of junk. It was mislabeled. Since there is no way to do this, I just make a PO, and purchase the qty and put the cost as $0.00

    This would be nice. We assign qb classes to the invoice item lines that the tech that will get commission on.

    i need this regardless of multistore. we have other apps that sync to our qbo making their own invoices, its very possible an invoice number will eventually duplicate. an invoice number prefix at least on the invoice preferences would suffice
