I for example have file type extensions that I have to add on every once in a while in a drop down menu box and it can be very difficult and time consuming for me and my techs. The more time I have to pay out in wages because a tech cannot find something as so simple like a alphabetized drop down menu means less money to spend on RepairShopr.
I am a mac specialty shop, this has always hampered the success of our shop having to use work arounds. As long as repairshopr has been around, you would think you guys would have this by now. Please send this to Troy.
