Post the Messages that are Emailed with Estimates/Invoices as Public Ticket Updates
We would really Love the ability to turn on or integrate the option for Auto posting Emailed Estimate and invoice notes, to auto link to the Ticket they reference, whether in a comment or a silent update.
Currently they just go to the customer profile, under the Communication log.
It would be so helpful to have this go to the ticket it was sent from and attached to (for both estimates&invoices) for reference, and for projects in progress.
As there is no mention to it on a ticket, say for example a different tech starts the project , or is picking up on a project on someones off day, they have no clue the emailed comment\communication even exists without being told to check the profile. if a customer calls in, regarding the email, they have the information but the techs do not, which can make things a bit difficult.
So if when we go to an invoice, and click Email (type in our comment, or description) for the customer, it could pop up as a Ticket comment, under update or a similar note it would help tremendously.

There is even a field for Email Communications on a Customer's Invoice page, which tracks *some* of the text emailed to a customer through RS, but not the full text (and it's not expandable to SHOW the full text of the email, which is even more frustrating)... it's like RS teases you - hey your message is here and we will show you a peak, but no you're not allowed to view your sent message!!
