Tyro is most likely the way to go. I have spoken to them and they said that is RS was on the ball as far as the integrations go it could be done in under a month.
I will transfer my vote to the other thread and would encourage others to do so.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mark commentedWith our phone system if we ring a client that is in RepairShopr it also performs a CID lookup, so it must send an API request with different parameters, so it should just be a case of recording this into the log.

This was planned, but the @mention plugin we found didn’t work so well. I’m going to shelve this until we can figure that part out..

This would be good, as long as it is something "live" that doesn't need to page to be refreshed for the notifications to appear. (I am thinking along the lines of the Facebook notification system). It would also be good if you could have a custom message with the notifcation so that you can assign a ticket, say you have assigned the ticket to the tech and highlight specific notes/actions for them to take.Thanks,

I have spoken to Tyro about this and they said that this could be done in under a month if repairshopr were on the ball.
