An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel Harrington commentedAgreed, {ticket_custom_fields} needs more flexibility - e.g. {ticket_custom_fields_item1} so that all of the individual fields can be accessed in the PDF area.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that the place I'd love to be able to access these fields is from the following:
- Canned Responses
- PDF's (Printouts)
- Email Templates
- Ticket Templates
- SMS Templates
- Invoice Templates
- Estimate Templates
- For AMAZING extra power, the dashboard would also be great. Reporting on custom fields.
