We would like the option to not show custom text fields such as Computer Password: on the ticket receipt, but still to allow it to print on Ticket (full) print/PDF.

We hand the ticket receipt to the customer on job receipt, and print a full ticket to stick on the equipment and use as a paper copy (we always keep a paper copy and often work from it).

For ticket automations, pdfs and email (probably for the portal as well, although we don't use the portal) having the ability to select which ticket custom fields appear on each type of communication individually would be very helpful. This could be similar to the way Customer Custom Fields and Asset Custom Fields work now.

There are a few similar post to this. It would be nice to be able to choose what is on the ticket Receipts as well as be able to add our own items. Such as text line and URL. Specifically, we have wanted to put a note on the Ticket Receipt to direct clients to the online portal to check the status of their repairs.

Would be great to add assets and other fields other than issue, customer name, and store information to the ticket receipt. We use them as claim checks for our customers.

Agreed, {ticket_custom_fields} needs more flexibility - e.g. {ticket_custom_fields_item1} so that all of the individual fields can be accessed in the PDF area.
