Just to clarify, is the idea here that you could create an invoice in RepairShopr as a draft and then choose when to manually sync it to Xero? This is the feedback we’ve heard recently from others.

Yes currently i have create the ticket title (usualy the device model and colour) and then i have a custom field that say the Device and Colour so that it shows on the print out otherwise it doesnt show the device
