Assets info on Invoice

it would be great to add the asset to the invoice so the customer can see which device the invoice is relating to

    Yes please! This would be a great addition and something I have been looking for, for a long time in other PSA solutions. Connectwise Manage does it but it has so many other issues with invoicing! MSP Manager (Solarwinds) my current PSA doesn't do it.

    something we need also , same to add multiple tickets on 1 invoice and details per ticket

    This is a must when we have a returning customer. The invoice is the customer reference, so having serial numbers and asset reference is really essential.

    I was adding those manually in my last system but as there's a ticket attached to the invoice, you have to implement this.
