It would be nice to consolidate phone call information into communication log on customer page to see all 'touches' at a glance.

Right now I'm using the Inboxr feature. I have a 'Voicemails' box and forward all my voicemail emails to the private address. Unfortunately the email doesn't get parsed 100% correct and most of the time gets assigned to the wrong customer.
