Add an area for tracking voicemails
For shops that receive copies of their voicemails in email form with sound-byte attached. It would be nice to direct those emails to Repairshopr to have an area that shows all new voicemails. In this area we should be able to create a ticket directly from it and link it to a customers account.

This would be a really nice feature, where there is like a voicemail tab at the top and all new voicemails poll in there received via email (we can have our VOIP provider email directly to this address) from there we can play the voicemail in repairshopr, then link it to a customer, a lead, ticket or invoice or staff member to follow up with.
It could also have a clever feature to try and link to a customer based on the caller id? or if linking to a customer
From there we can mark off it the call has been returned, who by, and what the outcome was.

Right now I'm using the Inboxr feature. I have a 'Voicemails' box and forward all my voicemail emails to the private address. Unfortunately the email doesn't get parsed 100% correct and most of the time gets assigned to the wrong customer.
