Attach Lead to Ticket
For those of us who have client that like to create a new email instead of responding to ticket email. It would be nice to attach information that comes in on a Lead to a ticket. Instead of having to create the ticket from the Lead, then merge it to the original ticket.

This has been done, in that there is a way to Merge the new Lead into an existing ticket, but as I said before, this can only be done by entering the ticket number manually. It would be much more convenient if there were a drop-down menu like the drop-down when merging ticket-to-ticket. This is an intricacy, and the main functionality is there, but could be more convenient this way. Thanks!

It would also be nice if the text of a lead was visible in a ticket once a lead is merged into a ticket. As it is the lead number has to be searched to see what it says. Very inconvenient. Thank you.

There is an option in Leads to merge to a ticket by number, but you have to type in the number manually. It would be great to have this as a drop down list, just like the existing ticket merge function! Also, when I merged a lead it just added a hidden comment to the ticket saying this, even though there was a message in the lead: "From Lead 489336 /leads/489336/convert"
