    Our clients find it incredibly frustrating that image attachments are not displayed in line with an email. That they don't already feels like an oversight. Thank you.

    It would also be nice if the text of a lead was visible in a ticket once a lead is merged into a ticket. As it is the lead number has to be searched to see what it says. Very inconvenient. Thank you.
