I like it – thanks.
We had planned on allowing a mailer to go “multiple times” – but hadn’t thought of specifically numbering them, I think a rules engine that allowed that would give some pretty cool control over the whole thing.

I talked to tawk.to, it sounds like there isn’t a way to do this right now – but they are building a ticket system now. They told me when the ticket system is out, we should be able to integrate to that. So you would make a ticket in tawk.to, and that could create a ticket in RS – it’s a bit fuzzy until they ship it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Ingraham commentedRyan, one of our shops is very large and is split up into many different sections for specific repairs . . . it is big enough where we have considered buying radios for everyone. Anyways, I would personally see it beneficial for both one to multiple shops.

So, no updates on this . . .
