    This would be ideal, especially for multi-step repairs and batch repair work! Get a step done and quickly be able to update the status on 10,20,30+ items in a matter of seconds.

    I agree with @ishaan. Magento is the best and is widely used. an integration would really make RS a one stop shop for my business.

    Seby, does that bluetooth scanner work with a mobile device? does it use a USB port? is it a phone? this is something we are struggling with

    Have you gotten anywhere with this, Jon? we have a USB label scanner that i've used a converter to plug into my iphone. it works everywhere but RS.

    This would work great since you can scan bar codes through both IOS and Android mobile devices
