    UI needs an overhaul as does the menu structure for settings - seems many features added and the interface is now being messy

    Customer being able to choose adding predefined upsell items to their Estimate - this is true Upsell - not the internal technician/engineer upsell.
    Many car servicing packages now do this type of upsell on the estimate when the customer is at the approve/decline stage with great results.
