    This would be extremely useful as we do not add repairs as line items. Instead, we add it to the add/view charges screen and create an invoice right from that, so it doesn't notify with the upsell opportunity.

    Adding upsell to ticket creation as well. Very useful for selling prepaid hours/services.

    Customer being able to choose adding predefined upsell items to their Estimate - this is true Upsell - not the internal technician/engineer upsell.
    Many car servicing packages now do this type of upsell on the estimate when the customer is at the approve/decline stage with great results.
