An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Elliott commentedI'm thinking the same thing. Sadly it doesn't look like it's getting much traction.
I would like to see an auto email sent out when a new customer is added to the referring customer saying thankyou.
Then a rewards system too. After 5 or 10 (configurable) referrals, email them and add an amount of pre paid hours to thier account, or a discount percentage for thier next invoice.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Elliott commentedOr change it to be entered in hours. Everything else in RS in in hours. In the "add remove charges on ticket" section it is already converted to hours and on the invoices it is in hours, why not have the whole lot be hours?? Also it easier to think "ive spent 2.75 hours on this job" rather than "ive spend 165minutes on this job"!

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Elliott commentedI have created a payment type of "Bad Debt" and take "payment" with that method so the invoice is closed off and you can still find it later.
