An error occurred while saving the comment Ryan V commentedSimilar issue.
We need to have lead generated tickets assigned to a technician.
Currently helpdesk tickets are unassigned and need to be manual checked for and assigned.
Maybe this would tie in with a default tech settings.
With the new ticket automation feature, this would be great.
We could automate contact with customer about fixing issues defined by RMM checks.
