An error occurred while saving the comment chris commentedWe use go cardless and its brilliant. Its creating a masive issue though as the intergration with quickbooks means that both repairshopr and go cardless are generating invoices in quickbooks so when we create a new invoice from repairshopr the invoice number is already taken by a go cardless invoice ???!!! Causing us a massive headache. If the integration was created between go cardless and repairshopr it would get round this problem.

An error occurred while saving the comment chris commentedPlease can this happen, I cant believe its not more of a problem for people. We use the ticket list for production meetings and currently have to go into the ticket each time we want to change the due date, takes ages
chris supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment chris commentedHi, dues dates change regularly during our working day, it would be really useful if they could be quickly changed from the ticket list rather than having to go into the individual tickets. I know there is some work to this planned, it would be a massive help to us, it would speed things up a lot

An error occurred while saving the comment chris commentedAt the moment Marketr triggers can only be created upon closing of ticket. We have a major opportunity to upsell our services but it would only work if we were able to trigger an email based on the creation of a ticket ie send x template 1 day after ticket raised or after appointment created, is this possible? Pointless sending after job completed Or as this post suggests to be able to automatically send triggers based on ticket type

Cant quite believe this feature hasnt been adapted, Ive been asking for it for months. Does nobody else use the ticket list when doing production meetings, would be so useful to change the due date with a drop down calendar rather than having to individually open the ticket each time... due date chages by the hour.
