  1. Improve Watchman Asset Integration

    1. Linking Customers to Watchman Assets: I'm not sure how this works for individuals, but some of mine are linked and some are not. Please provide insight to this process.

  2. Custom Reports Module

    I would love a custom reports module that allows us to create ad hoc reports on the fly. I'm sure each of your customer has different needs and if you only create reports that most people want you leave us all wanting reports that we need but others do not. We are a data driven company and sometimes new information has us seeking additional info that we haven't thought of in advance. This will also alleviate your having to generate reports for us when we vote on them and free you up to make more significant changes to the platform.

    For our Domo subscribers we have pretty much added every report that’s been suggested if we have the data to accomplish it.

    This will probably not get worked on for anything that is possible in Domo – if you haven’t tried it, I would recommend it – and let us know if there is a report you want.

    Making a “report builder” is a major project, which is why we bought Domo even though it’s the most expensive piece of software our company has bought.

  3. Pictures of items on POS sale page

    The current layout on the POS main page needs icons, or images, or something added to the buttons. Think when you are looking at a catalog online - there are photos of the items. It would help a lot to be able to quickly identify an item visually.

  4. make report showing all inventory used for a period.

    Example
    Report = LCD category
    Date period = date period
    List of all item changes for the period
    Sold, used in refurb, quantity changed manually, Broken, RMA

    This would give us a real picture of inventory movement.

    Currently, If a LCD is used in a refurb quantity is show changed but harder to follow.

    It would be nice to have a checkpoint report to show where high move items are going and making sure stock quantities are kept in budgets.

  7. merge button on ticket page for merging multiple tickets at once after you have selected them

    Can you make us an option to merge multiple tickets from the ticket page. Maybe like put an option under bulk actions or just make a merge button to click after selecting multiple tickets.

  8. Customer Portal - Asset Manager

    Currently customer can only "view" the asset tag number and brief title of the asset in the customer portal. This is really not worth much to the customer. The functions that our corporate clients would like to see is the ability to click on the asset and see the full asset details and see the ticket lists associated with the particular asset.

    Hey,
    We're running some competitions and we want to offer certain customers specific discounts.

    It would be great if you could add a voucher to a customer record with a unique code and an expiry date so it can redeemed on their next purchase.

    Nice feature to offer your loyal fans.
    I get that you can discount a specific product by % or amount.

  10. add a field in recurring invoices for Stored Credit Card

    When stored credit cards are updated, they do not update on the recurring invoice. It would be very helpful if you could go to the recurring invoices list and there was a field that showed whether a recurring invoice had a stored credit card file selected or not. We have had so many times where someone updated the stored credit card but did not go into the recurring invoice to update the recurring invoice to point to that new card.   11. After take deposit, option to go right to the invoice

    On the "Take Deposits" after you click on "Take Deposit" then select an "Other Amount" and it is ready to take payment. Make an easy way to go back to the ticket without "Taking payment." In some cases I want to email the invoice or mail the invoice. It might be better after clicking on Take Deposit to just go straight to an invoice.

  12. Allow Zapier to create a new appointment in RepairShopr

    We do most of our repairs by appointment. We currently use a Zap that is triggered when we schedule a new repair in our scheduling software, and it is able to create a new customer and a new ticket in RepairShopr. However, it is not able to also create an appointment in RS. Would love to be able to skip the step of manually adding the appointment in RS in able for our techs to see the appointment in the RS app.

  13. Allow Price to be changed Mobile app

    On the mobile app (IOS or Android) when adding items to the invoice it won't let you change the price of the item. For instance, I charge an hourly rate of $100, but if the client only goes 30 minutes then I need to be able to change my hour quantity to .5 for $50.

  14. Enable User Setting for "Fullscreen Default"

    I know and love the fullscreen feature in Repairshopr and 99% of the time, I want it turned on across all my devices. I would rather have the ability to toggle a setting in my user settings to make fullscreen be the default and use the per-device toggle to turn it off if there ever is a reason to do so.

  16. Give the ability to hide the total amount a client has paid on Customer Detail - It's Tacky

    I love seeing how much a particular customer has paid (Total Invoiced). What's really tacky is not being able to hide that when you are pulling up the screen and the customer is present and can see the screen.

    There should be a way to toggle that on or off.

    While I agree the customer could run their own reports of how much they have paid if they use Quickbooks, having it always on is, as I said... Tacky.

  17. Invoice Finalize

    It would be super helpful if we could have a "Finalize" button for invoices. Sometimes we have an invoice started and a client will login to the portal and see it and cut a check before we even emailed it to them. This is causing many frustrations for our clients, and in return our employees. If there was a way to finalize the invoice once it is completed, this will eliminate many headaches so that the employees cannot adjust a finalized invoice. (Very similar to the "worksheet" finalize process)

  18. Use barcodes for adding charge on app

    It would be great to be able to use barcode on the app when adding a charge to the customer ticket. On the app it lets you search the item by typing it's name. Would be great to be able to use the barcode function the app already has in it.

  19. Automate Ordering / Replenishment

    It would be really cool to be able to automate the ordering so that without even looking inventory will arrive at your door subject to some specific parameters. This will improve revenues by reducing out of stocks. It will also save having to have staff do this simple routine task.

    I suggest that you build in an automated ordering module that can be switched on of off for each vendor. This would then allow some parameters that can be set like frequency, minimum values, standard freight charges, and if items have been out of stock, set maximum number of weeks…

  20. Estimates optional items

    Hello.
    In my industry very often we get items to be repaired which the customer only requires the service to be done but actually we can offer a valet and other optional items which will make the item to look like new again.
    At the moment we create the estimate with those items stating optional between brackets but if the customer decline those items then the customer needs to email us stating he doenst want the optional items or he only want one of the optional items and my team needs to edit and send the estimate again but if…
