  1. API Endpoint to Manage Customers/Accounts Credentials

    Data Protection regulations / GDPR imply that personal data retention should be justified by valid reasons.
    Once a ticket is processed and closed, there is no longer any need to retain users personal credentials.
    It would be ideal to be able to automate deletion of such credentials data either by automation ( so many days after ticket is closed) or have an API endpoint to manage that.

    I noticed you can't change the sales tax type for recurring invoices. Please add the option similar to the current invoices for this.

  3. Multiple Dashboards Based On Ticket Type Or Tech.

    I would thing it beneficial to have multiple dashboards based on ticket type, technician or other sortable field. Right now, I have 112 open tickets in the system. Some are inhouse computer repair acted on by bench techs. Some are phone repairs, acted on by my phone repair tech and others are onsite / B2B service calls acted on by my field engineers. I have multiple displays around my shop, wall mounted all running RepairShopr. They now all display the dashboard, but with every ticket verses tickets specific to that business area.   4. Purchase Orders and Quickbooks Desktop

    I would really like to have the ability to create Purchase Orders in RS and have them sync with QB. We can't move to QB Online, and this is the only feature left that is keeping us from using RS as a one-stop tool.

  5. Notification event upon Intake/Outtake form notification

    Please add a notification event in the notification center upon InTake or OutTake form notification.

    Our workflow would require this to fire so we can trigger other systems we use...

  6. How to Note Referral Source for Each Purchase

    Make an option to note a referral source for each purchase?

    Customers may be initially referred by one source, and become a frequent customer.

    However, frequent customers may be drawn in with online promotions, and it would help to be able to track that as well.

    This could cause each individual sale to be a different referral source, but there's no way to note this each sale, unless you make the referral source a line item in the invoice--which is more convoluted when attempting to track each purchase.

  7. Have bundles reflect the same price everywhere

    When updating bundle prices because parts cost changed or something from inventory view you can change the cost and price of a bundle, but when going to the bundle tab under the inventory all bundles there are still showing old prices and costs. For example, on Inventory page I updated cost in bundle for back glass replacement to $10, and price of repair to $55. However, go to Bundle Overview page and it still says $10.25 cost and $35 price.

  8. Be able to auto change the status to scheduled when an appointment is made.

    We use the ticket automations to keep the tickets organized properly. When a part is received the status is changed to 'parts received - to be scheduled'. The most difficult thing is that when an appointment is made we have to rely on our great & fantastic organizational skill and remember to change the status to scheduled. Its a 2 step process. The tech's are horrible at remembering to do this. Right now, we are constantly having to go into each ticket and check if it needs to be scheduled or not. Is there any way that when an appointment…

    BE able to add custom URLs for external websites to allow staff members quick access to sites for company use, for example, Booking holiday off or claiming back milage.

  11. Inventory products page.

    It would be nice to have the physical location added to the inventory/products page so you can glance at it without having to open the the actual part. It would be nice for shops that carry a lot of inventory to cut out one step.

  12. Multiple Business Under Master Account

    I would like to be able to have multiple businesses that are branded differently under the same account. Big-chain option doesn't support this.

    I have a second business I'm taking over that is different from my current one, but I think Repairshopr would fit nicely for what I am doing.

    Don't want to have to go between different accounts all the time.

  14. Implement Item Matrices

    Put item matrices in place. The current system's "capability" for handling items with multiple variations is sad. I'm sure that many shops could use this functionality not only for serialized inventory, but for things like Samsung charge ribbons that are carrier specific for each model in some cases. Help us keep our inventory cleaner and more organized!

  15. Please, Please, Please - Add recurring appointments to your calendar.

    I have multiple meetings that occur every month. Recurring appointments are critical to me being able to use RepairShopr's calendar. The whole point of us moving to RepairShopr is to get everything on one platform. Without recurring appointments, I will have to use Google calendar which really defeats the purpose of moving to Repairhopr in the first place.

  16. Have Teamviewer Integration add session comments to ticket private note

    It would be useful if the Teamviewer integration collected the session notes and connection time from a TV connection report after the session completes and feeds that information back up into the Repairshopr ticket as a private note. The tech can then simply decide to charge the time in the ticket labor log if they choose to.

  18. make the selected day clearer when scheduling an appointment

    The current interface when creating a new appointment should display the day as well as the date.
    Keep the calendar grid to select the date (far preferable to a drop-down list), but also display the day next to Time above the sliding bar
    ie:
    Time -- Day
    14:30 Mon 12th
    Hour
    [-------------|---------]
    Minute
    [-----------|-----------]

    This would make it far easier at a glance to confirm the appointment is set for the correct day

  19. Pending Order Alert

    When trying to add inventory items with zero quantity in stock to an invoice or to ticket charges, an alert to notify us that the item will become a pending order would be handy. Staff select the wrong product at times and this wreaks havoc with keeping inventory. Maybe the option to toggle the alert on/off in inventory settings?

  20. On Purchase orders Checkin. Have a back orders, or split into new PO

    This has been partially discussed in other threads; however I think we have a bit of a different take on it.

    If you create a PO for say 20 of an item A. The supplier only has 15 of each so you get a delivery of the 15 with another 5 on back order. You can accept in the 15 delivered items, which creates 2 line items currently in the PO, however the PO cannot be Finished, which sounds reasonable, but it is a problem.

    The suppliers will send us the 15 delivered on one Invoice, and when the remaining…
