Make the Names of Products Bold When Searching on Invoices
I would like the name of a product to show up in bold when using the line item search field on an invoice. Currently all text looks the same and makes it hard to tell the line items apart. After the item name is a hyphen, so that is how we can tell the items apart, but having the name bold would be a huge help.

Have the ability to choose a specific payment method on a per invoice basis.
For example, when an invoice is over $1000, we only allow our client to pay by check. I would like to have the option to put on the invoice what payment methods we will accept. We used to have that feature in QuickBooks and it was great.

Disable/Enable choice on BCC to myself from the customer portal.
I know I am sending a portal invite to the customer. I would like to have a choice to enable or disable it, please. Or possibly set up someone else to receive the portal invites.

Clone Custom Widgets
It would be nice if we could clone custom widgets if we are going to create a few that are similar to each other. For instance I'd like to add an appointment booking module to my website with the ability to book the following time slots and type and they are all very similar to each other but I don't want to build them all from scratch

Make it possible to email new tickets and comments to default account and contact
If creating a main company (the boss) account and then adding numerous contacts (the staff), the boss receives by default a copy of each ticket created, whoever the contact is that the ticket is raised for.
This could be a selectable option in the main account 'Always send mail to this email address for all correspondence'Currently the bosses email address can be added as a CC but you have to remember to do this.6 votes -

Make it possible to make a bundle for an item in inventory that you can connect a product to another, would be nice to have this so if you sell an item that also has to have recupel, GOV fees, … etc, charged this goes automatically. Allow customer sheets/forms that are accessible to customers
I would like to be able to create a customer sheet using all available variables that can be offered to customers for download. A little like the customer marketr etc.
My idea relates to a need to provide customers a postage form for them to send items to us. I currently had a custom PDF document Isent, hey print and fill out their details including ticket number then return it using half of the PDF as a postage label, the other as a packing slip.

Custom Field with Luhn algorithm for IMEI
To integrate Luhn algorithm into custom field. It will reduce mistakes while adding IMEI of a phone device on a ticket. Many sites for unlocking phones have it.

Option to add more than one ticket at once for a customer in the new Workflow app
Hi there!
The new workflow feature is great and it's super fast! One thing I would LOVE to see is the ability to add multiple tickets at the same time for the same customer. So check in could be much quicker that way.

Next button at the top of ticket list
I'd love if the previous, next, and pages buttons were on both the top and bottom of the ticket list.
Right now we have to scroll to the bottom to get to the next page.

Worksheet required per ticket status
I'd like a worksheet to be required to be filled out before it can enter or leave a particular status, even custom status. We have our tech do the work, but they do not mess with billing. We have a custom status called Ready to Invoice. The tech does work, then sets it Ready to Invoice. The a different person handles the billing side, and when an invoice is made its set to resolved then. The tech should have a worksheet completed before it could get to billing. thanks

appointments booking with routing (Viamente)
Hello, it would be great if the appointments could be expanded. We currently have 4 full-time field engineers. The current system uses an API with viamente which works great but working with repairshopr would be great. Itwould be great to add appointments with rules such as ZIP/Postcode call types then the system creates the service route. This is one of the main holdbacks from us switching over to repair shopr completely
