Notifications can Address Multiple Slack Channels
It would be great if we could have RS post ticket information into one Slack channel, Leads into another slack channel, invoice info into a third, etc, etc.

We now have locations added to notification rules so you can have a different rule for each location feeding in to a different slack room!

@Troy: Is there a way to integrate with Slack more so that tagging a tech name in a ticket comment (like @Ryan) would send a DM to the tech in Slack? And same thing for hashtags (like #channel) would make a post in the specific Slack channel? That would be a fluid and powerful integration.

Agreed. Big chains need this especially for separate channels. Maybe even a way to post into groups instead of channels only?
