Add emails sent to communication log
There's an email button on every customer's profile. It really needs to add what you said to the communication log.

it would be nice if the communications log would contain all communications, tickets, emails, leads and any manual entry. From everyone. It needs to be complete. If people prefer not to use it in this way have a preference in global settings to turn this off or on.
There are several posts long these lines. Same goes for all of them. All communications belong in the comm log...

We recently needed confirmation that a customer was receiving emails sent from the Repairshopr system, but none of the updates from the ticket were in the communication log. This would have been very helpful. I added another suggestion about this before I came across this entry.
