Integrate with Zapier so we can automate to-do and follow-ups using Asana or Slack
Zapier creates links between software to automate processes and I would really love it if RepairShopr was added to that list. Your software is so close to perfect but it needs to link to a to-do type app for missed actions/appointments etc.

We need a few beta testers (at least 10) to activate both of our triggers so we can get our Zapier app turned on publicly and out of beta.

The setup just needs your API Key and Subdomain, you can find your API Key by clicking your email in the upper right of RS, and going to My Profile.

I agree with Simon Kensington regarding an integration with ActiveCampaign. It is a great marketing automation tool with email communication built into its core functionality. I hope your dev team will seriously consider this integration.

It would also be nice if Zapier could see closed service tickets for other types of marketing automation. Follow up phone calls, gifts, surveys.

Zapier could be used for many other integrations too, like moving customers into Email automation software like ActiveCampaign.

ActiveCampaign is one of the best email automation platforms and if it was integrated into RepairShopr especially with tag functionality we could do some really amazing automated email marketing campaigns. Are there any plans for this in the near future? Failing that integrating with zapier might be a compromise as zaps are available for ActiveCampaign and many other apps.
