Block unwanted leads
It would be great to have the ability to be able to block email addresses within the leads system of RS. I receive far too many emails from the same companies offering their products and services to our inbound email address and it is driving me crazy. The ability to block via email address and via a domain name would be perfect.

To combat this we simply spent about a week unsubscribing and changing any email-of-record on any of our accounts to NOT email to our support@ address.
We setup our RMM alerts, which previously went to support@ to send to a rmm-alerts@ address instead.
Took about a week to finish that and then we were pretty much all set. A few still trickle in here and there, but between Google Apps fending off the spam and that work, the Leads section is pretty clean.

Hence why we really want to option in leads to "add to an existing ticket"

I must admit we alias our rs email with our advertised business email address, but its not actually connected - when actual ticket emails come in, we forward the info into rs leads. This allows us also to use the google mail apps (web, mobile) which would be lost if we linked it.
