AND..... Items in any drop down created field - it takes a seriously long time to locate choices when a drop down only displays in the order they were created, which is a pain because as time goes on you realise you need to add x, y, or z to a given list, only to find no one can find it, so puts it under 'unknown'.... the amount of 'unknown' labels we have in our ticketing system is crazy
