Create a customer referral system
Please allow us to add a customer on our list already as the referrer and track that so that we can reward our customers that give referrals. A tier system for rewards would be fantastic but just the ability to attach the referring customer to their file would be good and be able to report on it.
We have this, on the customer edit/new pages – you can select referred by “customer” – and it will ask which one

Hi Troy,
So I was able to get as far as you showed with the evernote, but is there a way to track the customer 'Who referred them?' so we can offer them incentives based on the amount of times their name has been mentioned as a reference. I tried to search the Customer Name who referred them, but I didn't see anything. -

Is there a way to give discount to customers who refer others?
A system where when a ticket or invoice is created for the customer some window pops up displaying customer eligibility to receive discount. -

How about the ability for custom "Customer" type functionality? I've got strategic partners who have salespeople sending us referrals and I need to track them individually. I'm currently using the system in it's limited form as I've made the partner/employer the customer and then I rely on a custom google form to track the individual.. It'd be much better if this sort of functionality was built in to RepairShopr.

Errmergerd, love it! we are a referral based business (best customers!) and this is amazing.

I must have set it up wrong, I select customer... nothing happens, there is no prompt to "tag" 1 of our customers.

Can you make this field an option on the new customer page so when you create a customer employees can type right there who referred them? Getting employees to go back and change a customer to reflect who referred them would be an uphill battle, at best.

I would love a feature like that, or additionally a way to ad a preset discount to their account for those of us who give a discount off next purchase per referral.
