Integration with GFI MAX Remote Management

I use GFI MAX Remote Management for almost all my customers. Since I'm mostly a one-man show for now, it helps greatly! Plus, with its Managed Online Backup, Antivirus, and Remote Access, its a awesome tool. They have their own ServiceDesk, but I need billing and CRM with you guys. They have an open API and it would be a kick-butt combo! Check it out... (WEB LINK REMOVED)

    I added +3 for this inclusion. We were seriously thinking of moving to a compatible CRM that had built in integrations with GFI. However, to hear that it is on the table for here at RS, would really keep us here (since ya'll do everything else so good already). If you need access to the RMM dashboard, I'll gladly get you in.

    I would love to see this as well. Nice to be able to pull over customer assets and have it auto-open tickets based on alerts.

    I can also provide access to our GFI Max account - which may be very helpful because we are not currently utilizing it yet. It is activated and working, but we would not be impeding your work with intrusions. Call me if you want details. But, this is more like #8 on my request list ;)

    Can you give us an idea on when this might become available for beta? I am willing to help in anyway I can. This feature would greatly help us expand our business and start moving in the direction of full MSP support.
