Multiple tickets added to one invoice
I think the ability to add multiple tickets to one invoice would be great. That way we can have a running tally of closed tickets and bill once at the end of the month

I think we came up with a solution for this, and in my opinion, it’s even better than actually linking the Tickets.

This was a good idea but I don't think it's implemented well. Once you add those other tickets to the invoice they don't change status to invoiced or get the invoice number referenced to them. They still show as needing to be invoiced. This could cause problems of double billing the same invoice.

Good to talk with you just now Kevin. For others following this thread just wanted to mention that the Statement feature shows up on any customer that has multiple open invoice.

We recently added the Statement feature on the Customer tab. It allows you to print a consolidated statement summarizing current invoices -- this can then be sent at the end of the month. Would this work for what you're looking for?
