Customizable phone type
Hello!
It'd be great to have one of the drop down phone types be customizable (like mobile, home, custom... [enter]) --this way people could discern between named members of a family, noting temporary numbers, and other specifics without having to refer to ticket notes (or guessing and hoping).

Updating Prices when cloning Estimates
When cloning the estimate on the screen where it asks what customer to clone to we would like 2 options (with current setup)
1.) a check box to have it update to current pricing
2.) Follow-up check boxes to base it off Retail or Wholesale Pricing (or more if the additional pricing its programmed in off of other feedback posts)The reason for this especially in Computers is the fact that pricing changes weekly or even biweekly (memory for instance). compiled invoices
Sending a statement to our clients is great. However, some of our clients have requested a compiled invoice statement which will break down all of the charges for the month. Example
6 iphone 6 LCD repairs - $xxx.xx
10 iphone 5S LCD - $xxx.xxThis would allow them to see what they are paying for a lot easier than matching invoices with statements.

Show item photo in inventory list view
Its great that photo's can be added to items in inventory however it would be nice to have the first photo or option to select "main photo" which would display has a thumbnail in the list.
This would make it much easier to find items, especially for new staff.

Called ID API changes
Displaying ticket number as well as name and job status would be really helpful.
Also, possible to display ticket number and status on one line, customer name on second line.

Add "By Week" to the list of reporting options in the Period drop down list.
Within the reports the Period options is missing "By Week". Just need some more resolution options rather than "Last Week" or "This Week" or Month or Year.

Specifying comments to show up on a PDF
It would be better to show up just a specific ticket comments on Ticket PDF.
3 comments are enough to show on a PDF such as
-customer problem definition-{{ticket_subject}},
-technician diagnose (the real problem),
-things done to solve the problem

Better documentation of email template semantics
The default email template wrapper has no <html> tags or <head> section or metadata inside , just a <style> tag and then the main <body>
The meta is important, particularly
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width"> to produce a responsive template as well as title attributes to help trust by email clients.My compiled email templates obviously include such markup in full, but its unclear as to whether this should be ommitted and is added by RS as a wrapper to the wrapper (& is uneditable) or simply that the default markup is basic and simply ommits such markup.

Quickbooks Integration will not sync your Late Fee Payments over to a specific account
I found a little nuance in QuickBooks when I noticed a late fee on an invoice. The account it is putting that fee under is "Computer Part Income," which may be because we didn't have a "Late Fee Income" item. I created a "Late Fee Income" Product/Service Item in QBO. Would you please make that change for us within RS?

Invoice Search Filter
As a bare minimum can we please have a filter on the Invoice page to filter on Invoices with an attached ticket that is still OPEN (not resolved). We sync payments form Xero so we need a way to see PAID invoices that still have open tickets associated with them.
Further on this, can get get a bulk action or a 'process' to be able to automatically mark associated tickets as "Resolved" once the payment has been received?

Web Link option for Worksheet field type
It would be great if you could add the option of adding a web link to the worksheet field type. Currently, we use that option under Assets, but it would greatly help our workflow if that same option could be on worksheets as well. Thanks for considering

Ability to change how payments attach to invoices
I would like to propose a fix when processing payments when there are multiple invoices open for a customer.
In RepairShopr when there are multiple invoices open the payment automatically applies to the most recent invoice. However, It should apply it to the oldest so that late fees aren't generated through the older invoices. This would ensure that whenever a customer makes a payment the invoice with the closest upcoming payment deadline is taken care of first, rather than defaulting to the most recent invoice. As a sub-contractor working for multiple audio/video retailers, when they send me on an install or service call I sometimes up-sell the customer into new equipment. The retailer pays me a 15% commission of the net profit on the sale. I would like to be able to have RepairShopr figure the commission if I have input the retail and cost information about the equipment into inventory. As an example, I sell a Sony ES365 projector for retail of $10,000. The cost is $6,708. The retailer thus owes me $493 on the invoice I would like to have an easy way…

More customizable pages
Could you make the system more customizable geared toward our business. example: Ticket counts and invoices. Instead of just having the number have it like HCR-1 My business is Haire's Computer Repair, so I use HCR as abbreviation and on invoices that would be great and tickets as well plus whatever else maybe on estimates too perhaps. Just a thought I love this system and want to make it better. I wish I would have used it a little more a little sooner. Thank you!

Stale tickets
Is there a way to put a status on a ticket that does not get included in the stale tickets while in that status. We send away board level items to be soldered and they can take a week or more if parts are needed.

Timing blast emails
Allow a time to be selected when choosing to blast an email at a later date.
This should be simple enough to implement and shouldn't negatively impact any of your customers experiences
