A ticket set or workflow set that can be assigned to a client that generate a ticket at xx number of days. I know there are recurring tickets but that only applies to same ticket. I would like to see something where we could create a ticket set template that we could assign to new or potential clients that then generates a ticket at xx number of days. Dashboard Timeout
As a new user we setup a flatscreen TV for our dashboard, but we also have user timeouts set to 1 minute. This timeout also interacts with the dashboard and yet what we really need is for this to be available consistently and also with an auto refresh built in so we have to do little direct interaction with it during the day.
As previously mentioned it would be good to allow customisation of what detail we can see on each ticket as some users want contact details and some don't. For us we prefer the old dashboard as it…

Improve Tickets and Tech Comments
It occurred to me that the ticket system could be improved to have an auto save function (very often I close browsers either on purpose or by mistake and data is lost)
The other option would be to edit tech comments. I find

Custom Hours for Tech Specific Calendar Booking Module
With the booking module for specific techs, mine for instance. I would like the ability to set custom hours. For Example, I don't want people to be able to book appointments with me on the weekends, but my shop locations are open on the weekends and book appointments.

Have a "create product and add new" button on the product inventory page.
When adding a batch of products manually, it's really annoying to have to click on "create product", then "back", then "New". One little new button "create product and add new" would be magic!

Asset custom Fields linked to inventory parts
when we are repairing a customers asset, in the custom fields, I would like to be able to select from inventory parts to tie to that asset.

Give the option to apply signatures from payment to invoice
I understand the reason for having them separated by default, but, in our shop at least, it's a pain for the customers to sign for their payment, then turn around and sign again for the invoice saying they're picking up the equipment. It'd be easier if there was a checkbox during or button after to apply the captured signature to the invoice the payment is going towards.

Summary detail on Welcome page
On the "Welcome page" after signing in, you have the Month-to-Date summary. It would be great to see the detail behind the summary information.

Status should not be at top of screen
It seems a little crazy that you go to the bottom of a ticket and enter a message but the status is all the way at the top....surely just a tick box next to the message box asking if you want it to update status would be a good idea

Prompt when creating an invoice for a customer with a monthly recurring invoice already in place.
We have a decent number of clients that get a monthly invoice for managed services. When we do additional work, we put the time on the corresponding ticket and then mark as resolved, counting on the recurring invoice to pick up the charges and invoice them. That all works fine. The problem we are running into is that not every technician knows what customers need to be billed right away, and which ones should wait for the recurring invoice.

When creating an asset, one needs to provide the

I would love to see a monthly report that could be automatically sent
For our clients that are on retainer, a monthly report that you can email to the client automatically that showcases exactly what we did, what effect it had, and really reiterates why they’re paying us. It could include up-time, number of tickets resolved, man hours used, etc.

link the description in the returns manager to a note/description in original return
We need a way for the person doing the return to give a reason for the return. It would help a lot for the person reviewing the returns manager.
Simplest way would be to add a "description" in the original return that then shows up under "description" in the returns manager.

Define additional fields for: "From", "Invoice to", "Owner" and "Delivery"
For part of our business we handle warranty servicing on behalf of manufacturers. Customers’ items are sometimes sent by the retailer/shops to be invoiced to manufacturers/distributors
where customer’s instruments are sent by shops for repair and then possibly returned directly to the owner)
so we need multiple contact/name/address fields/etc fields for "From", "Invoice to", "Owner" and "Delivery"Is there a way to define these? (perhaps they could be stacked on the same screen area with a tab to switch amongst them) Also for them to be EASILY edited from the ticket screen

POS Cash and Card Refinements
Whilst taking a payment in POS module, we have noticed something different than if you Take Payment from an Invoice.
If using card you have to manually key in the amount (unlike via Invoice method which automatically puts it in). This opens up opportunity for errors in keying in incorrectly.So, with a card, have it automatically put in the full amount.
Also, with Cash. Have buttons that can be clicked for common note demominations such as 5, 10, 20, 50 etc. Again just to streamline and reduce any error opportunities.
