Add a price check option to customer kiosk
Sometimes customers ask us to look up parts from our front desk. It would be nice to be able to do a price check on an item in inventory that shows only retail price and hides all the information that they do not need to see.

Customer facing display for POS
Have a separate screen (kind of like the ticket HUD) in which a customer's POS transaction in store can be displayed so that they see the items and prices come up on the screen as you ring them in and have a space where you can insert custom messages or advertising to display to the customer.

Allow employees to print thier own timesheet so they can sign them and submit from any location. This should be only for an admin.
Is there a way for employees to print off there timesheet at the end of the week? I hoping to implement a system that has the employee print there time-sheet and the end of the week and sign it. What is best process to have the employee view and print their own time sheet and submit the printed copy without an admin doing it?

Allow tag for multiple technicians / embedded tech photo in appointment email
Currently the {{techname}} and {{techphoto_url}} tags only associates with the appointment owner and not the Attendees of the appointment.
It would be great if we could include all the attendee names and photo URL's in the appointment email. We are a security company and many of our on-site service calls require multiple technicians. It would be a great way to let customers know exactly who they should be expecting for their visit.

Hi there!
We wanted to let you know that we have scheduled a field visit with you.Appointment information blah blah blah.

Allow other forms of payment with the square integration besides credit card only
Currently when you send an invoice to Square from Repairshopr, you can only use the Square Payment option within square. It forces you to take a credit card. Is there a way we can complete checkout from within square using any payment method such as cash or check and have square mark the invoice paid within RepairShopr?

Invoice admin
Can you make it on this page https://cyberworks.repairshopr.com/invoices when a user has the ability to view invoices to view a subtotal of the page they are currently on? That way when sorting by total we have a total amount from x customers listed. Makes billing management easier

Recurring revenue
Are there any reports for recurring revenue from credit cards in the next x days, next month, etc? This would be handy to know for planning events during a given week or month. The prorated is nice but does not mean that is all of the income coming in the next x days. This information would most likely be generated from recurring invoices with a check box on the credit card option.

Additional Recurring Invoice Period Options
It would be nice if we could set additional period options. For instance we bill 30 days in advanced for all managed services (i.e bill July 1 for August 1 - August 31 services). Right now we have to manually change the invoice to read the correct billing period as it is more than 30 days in advanced.

List the specific tax rate being changed on invoices
Currently, invoices just say "tax" and list the amount - but do not list the tax rate that is being charged.

Show total costs as well as billed amounts on Recurring Invoices page
At the bottom of the Recurring Invoices page, it shows a total for what is Invoiced each month. It looks like I can also get the totals from the reports for monthly and annually. It would be nice to see the total costs associated with recurring invoice so we can see what our monthly or yearly profit is. We input this information when creating the Recurring Invoice, so it seems like it may be an easy thing to add to the page and/or reports. Thanks so much.

iPad Screen timeout custom Widget
We are setting an iPad wth the custom check in widget. Our iPad is mounted in a security counter mount, the issue is if someone starts to do a check in then walks away or to come up to the counter the iPad is stuck on the spot they left off. To get back to the home page we have to unscrew the security mount so we can access the home button to start it over. we need a software button to take it back to the widget start page or a auto timeout after no activity.

Adding the referred by menu to the intake form.
I just started using the intake form so customers can enter their own information to create them selves as a customer, open a new ticket and sign a waiver. The referal metric is very important for us and there is currently not an option to add this drop down menu to the intake form.

VOID Invoice + Line Items + Payment TOGETHER and Add Void STAMP
We had a situation where an inventory item was purchased and returned the same day for a purchase of a different inventory item (different price). The customer paid by credit card, so we had to perform a Void on their payment (since refunds only work after 24 hours - after the payment posts). Performing a Void only voids the payment, but leaves the invoice open with items still unpaid. We don't want to "delete" the invoice, because the transaction /did/ occur. We need a way to Void out the invoice we made with the voided payment, for audit purposes.

Create a report that shows all closed out tickets for a given time as well as all tickets created.
I need this because I use excell for reporting where I need to figure out what we have coming into the shop WoW. The reporting is adventageous with finding this information out. Also, you can see if your employees are using the system correctly come monday when you cross reference what is in the show and what is not.

allow price comparison between suppliers through data feeds
Allow for us to easily view pricing from multiple distributors. Most distributors provide a data feed we can use, just need to be able to link and import into a database with perspective pricing and stock levels

Quickbooks Item Sync
Currently, its a manual process to add items in RS. This should be automatic (create an item in RS - a corresponding item should be created and linked in QuickBooks).

Use Ticket Status in Invoice Dashboard
Will you please add the Ticket Status column to the Invoice Dashboard? It would be super helpful to see tickets marked "resolved" but not paid, or maked "new" or "in progress" but paid. Sometimes employees forget to close out a ticket/invoice/update ticket.

Integrate with Monkey Box (https://monkeybox.com/)
Monkey Box allows Service Providers to SECURELY store passwords/asset info for individual clients and customers. It also allows you to share those passwords with other technicians, sub-contractors, and the users themselves. Would be great to link a customer in Monkey Box to a customer in RepairShopr, so you can quickly look up their passwords. It would also be great to link a specific asset in RepairShopr to the asset in Monkey Box, and then pull up the password to that device, like a router for example. Payment form
When checking a customer out after click on payment form there is a drop down menu that gives us options to choose which method of payment i.e. cash/card etc. Instead of a drop down i think having a widget or button that lists the different payment methods to take would be more effective. Often times when we are rushing through when it gets busy sometimes we over look the payment form method and accidentally select credit card instead of cash which throws off the closing reading (Z report) at the end of the day. Attaching Lead to Customer Brings in New Contact
If the Lead doesn't exist but I attach it to an existing customer, it would be great to have the option of bringing in the new contact and adding it to the contact list for that customer.
Next, the ticket would use that person as the assigned contact.
